Call Your Energy Back

A simple practice for resilient clarity – no matter what changes around you.

Change is always happening. We know this.

And yet, even the most conscious leaders – those deeply committed to growth, expansion, and evolution – can still find change disorienting, overwhelming, or exhausting.

Why?

Because knowing that change is the only constant doesn’t mean we automatically know how to ride the waves of it.

Most of us weren’t taught how to relate to change in a way that keeps us clear, grounded, and empowered. Instead, we either brace for impact or get swept away in the current, reacting to the shifts around us rather than moving in harmony with them.

But what if there’s another way?

The Missing Piece: Calling Your Energy Back

There’s something I’ve learned in my years of guiding over 250 leaders through transformation – whether in business, personal evolution, or spiritual growth:

We can’t relate to change clearly if we’re not in our own energy.

Think about it. If we’re tangled up in:

🔹 Other people’s emotions

🔹 Old patterns resurfacing

🔹 Collective fears or expectations

Then when change comes, it feels personal. It feels like something happening to us rather than something we can witness, engage with, and move through with sovereignty.

Yet, when we are in our own energy, everything shifts.

We can feel the movement of change without losing ourselves in it.

We can sense what’s ours to engage with, and what isn’t.

We can step into the next phase of our journey from a place of clarity rather than reaction.

A Simple Practice for Reclaiming Your Energy

This is why I created the Call Your Energy Back practice. It’s simple, yet profound – something you can do daily in just a few minutes to:

Return to yourself after a big conversation, decision, or transition

✨ Release what isn’t yours so you can lead from your clarity

✨ Strengthen your energetic boundaries while staying open and receptive

And here’s the big secret: we cannot wait for the “big” changes to develop the somatic, energetic habit of being in our own energy.

If we want to respond with resilience, clarity, and grace to our company’s ownership changes, a new political paradigm, a major health journey… we must shift how we navigate the small changes.

Shifting from work mode, to home and family mode.Transitioning from one meeting to the next. Centering before making any decision.

Each time you do, you reinforce a new way of being – one where change no longer knocks you off center, but instead moves around you like a wave you know how to surf.

Try It For Yourself

If you’re navigating change (big or small) and want a tangible way to stay clear, grounded, and in your power, I invite you to experience this for yourself.

Try it for a few days and notice what shifts.

Because the more we return to our own energy, the more we remember: Change isn’t something to fear. It’s something to dance with.
