In four decades, I’ve been through the gauntlet of life to come out shinier.
From losing my sight at 27, to rising through abuse, to leaving a successful corporate career to follow my body’s wisdom and chart my own course.

My background extends from a B.S. in Political Science from Yale University, focus on political justice; to an MBA from Dartmouth College; focus on social entrepreneurship.

I have worked in Wall Street and in Private Equity, managing dozens of transactions totaling billions of dollars; founded social enterprises in the food & ag space; and have led turning around 500 employee organizations from crisis to thriving by focusing on aligning heart, purpose and strategy.

As a coach, facilitator, and guide, I have supported over 250 individuals’ personal empowerment and spiritual transformation journeys.
